Application Requirements

Here’s a guide to the information Kubota Finance Australia requires on application.

Individual / Joint Applicants

• Completed and signed application.
• Signed privacy disclosure statement and consent form.
• Clear copy (front and back) of all applicants drivers licences.
• Three current consecutive payslips for all employed applicants.
• Copy of rental statements, if applicable.
• Copy of the finance quote that meets your objectives and requirements.

Self-Employed Applicants

• Completed and signed application.
• Signed privacy disclosure statement and consent form.
• Clear copy (front and back) of all applicants drivers licences.
• Last 2 years income tax returns for all self-employed applicants.
• Copy of rental statements, if applicable.
• Copy of the finance quote that meets your objectives and requirements.

Retiree/Self-Funded Retiree Applicants

• Completed and signed application.
• Signed privacy disclosure statement and consent form.
• Clear copy (front and back) of all applicants drivers licences.
• One of the following:
- A Letter from Centrelink showing applicants name and permanent pension amount.
- 3 most recent bank statements showing regular pension payments / fund drawings.
- The annual superannuation statement showing indexed pension amount.
• Copy of investment property rental income statements, if applicable.
• Copy of the finance quote that meets your objectives and requirements.
